What we collect
- Your email address — used to sign you in (magic links) and send you transactional email about your orders.
- The photos you upload and the edited versions we generate from them.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic, cookieless analytics (page views, referrer, country) via Plausible. No ad trackers, no fingerprinting, no cross-site anything.
How your photos are used
- Photos are processed by third-party AI services (currently fal.ai for image generation and Anthropic for quality checking) solely to produce your edited versions.
- Our team may view your photos and results for quality assurance, moderation, and customer support.
- We will never use your photos in our marketing without your explicit permission.
- We do not sell your photos, your email, or any of your data.
Where it lives
Photos and account data are stored with Supabase (hosted on AWS, Canada region) in private buckets. Access requires either your signed-in session or our service credentials.
Retention & deletion
We keep your photos so you can revisit and re-download them. Want anything (or everything) deleted — photos, account, the lot? Email mail@comebacksoftware.com and we’ll do it promptly.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (California, EU, Canada and others), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we’ll honor them regardless of where you live.
Children
BookedLook is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll note it here with a new date.
