The service
BookedLook uses AI to edit your property photos: relighting, decluttering, straightening, and honest staging. We fix the photography, never the facts — and the same limits apply to what you can ask of it.
Your photos, your rights
- Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. You keep ownership of your originals and, once unlocked, the edited results are yours to use anywhere.
- By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your photos to our AI processing partners — solely to provide the service. We never use your photos for marketing without your explicit permission.
- Upload property photos only. Don’t upload photos of identifiable people, documents, or anything illegal. We reject non-property images automatically and may refuse any upload.
Free trial
One free trial per account: up to 5 photos, delivered as watermarked previews at no charge, no card required. Trial previews are for evaluation only — removing or defeating the watermark instead of unlocking is a violation of these terms.
Payment & refunds
- Unlocking costs the price shown at checkout, per listing (up to 15 photos): watermark-free, full-resolution downloads. One-time payment, no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- 100% money-back guarantee:if you’re not happy with your unlocked photos, email mail@comebacksoftware.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Each photo includes one free redo with your instructions.
What you’re responsible for
- AI editing is imperfect. Review every photo against your original before publishing — you are responsible for what you publish and for complying with the rules of any platform (Airbnb, VRBO, MLS, etc.) where you use the results.
- Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone with access to your email can access your account.
What we’re responsible for
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to BookedLook is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost bookings, lost profits, platform penalties).
Fair play
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — bulk trial farming, scraping, reselling access, or uploading prohibited content.
